Bio
Masaya Okubo is a New York-based Japanese actor whose work spans New York stages, Super Bowl commercials, and the art of the samurai sword. His screen credits include the 2024 Squarespace Super Bowl commercial directed by Martin Scorsese, and as a voice artist he has led campaigns for Google, Gucci, Amazon, and Audi — with his work recognized at the 2022 American Advertising Awards and serving as a juror for the Voice Arts Awards by SOVAS since 2023. A performer with Samurai Sword Soul since 2015, he brings a rare combination of classical training, comedic timing, and martial artistry to every role.
